2025年11月15日・16日の2日間、Broshudaによるポップアップエキシビジョンを開催します。本展は、11月22日に実施するLAID BUG7周年イベントのプレイベントとして、Broshudaの日本ツアーをサポートする特別企画となります。

ドイツ出身のBroshuda は、現在イタリア・ミラノを拠点に活動する、ビジュアル＆サウンドアーティストです。フルクサス（Fluxus）運動に強い影響を受け、視覚芸術の分野を横断するBroshudaの作品は、コラージュ、インク画、旧式ソフトウェア、タイプライター、ファウンド・オブジェクト、ビデオスチール、写真、切り絵、アニメーション、イラストレーションなど多岐にわたります。音楽制作にも見られる技法やアプローチを応用し、デジタルとアナログを絶え間なく融合させながら創作活動を展開しながらも、過剰な装飾や過剰なまでに洗練された表現を排除することで、独自の世界観を構築しています。

Broshudaの作品は、これまで出版物として多数リリースされているほか、Cav Empt、Edwin Europeなどのファッションブランドのコレクションにも取り入れられています。また、ラジオ・ブロードキャスターとしても活躍し、これまでに NTS、LYL、Cashmere Radio、Dublab、Rinse FM、Berlin Community Radio、Schauspielhaus Zürich、Noods Radio、Dummy Magazine、If Only など、数多くのラジオ局や文化コミュニティに向けて特別音源、ゲストミックス、レジデンシープログラムを提供してきました。さらに、ラジオドラマ、アクースモニウム（多チャンネル音響システム）作品、ドキュメンタリーや映画音楽の制作など、多様な分野へと活動の幅を広げています。

「Nondescript Depictions（特徴のない描写）」と題された本展では、Broshudaが制作において再構成・加工のベースとしているオリジナルのアナログ・コラージュ作品を中心に、それらが個々の作品としてどのように変化していくかを提示します。

新刊『Asemic Intent』も初公開となるほか、今年初めにオーストラリアの出版社 MPK Studio とのコラボレーションで刊行された書籍『Fatal Rewind』も展示・販売します。また、12インチのLPや10インチの新作レコードの先行版もあわせて販売予定。

なお、一部の商品は、11月22日に実施する7周年記念イベントでも販売する予定です。7周年記念に向けた特別な企画をお楽しみください。

From November 15, 2025, LAID BUG will host a pop-up exhibition by Broshuda on November 15 (Saturday) and 16 (Sunday).
Serving as a pre-event leading up to the LAID BUG 7th Anniversary Event on November 22, this special project supports Broshuda’s Japan tour.

Broshuda, originally from Germany and currently based in Milan, Italy, is a visual and sound artist whose practice spans multiple disciplines of visual art. Deeply influenced by the Fluxus movement, Broshuda works with a wide range of media, including collage, ink drawing, vintage software, typewriter art, found objects, video stills, photography, papercuts, animation, and illustration. Techniques and approaches from music production are applied to his visual work, continuously merging digital and analog, while avoiding excessive decoration or overly refined aesthetics, resulting in a distinct visual universe.

His works have been widely published and included in fashion brand collections such as Cav Empt and Edwin Europe. Broshuda is also active as a radio broadcaster, producing special programs, guest mixes, and residency projects for stations and cultural platforms including NTS, LYL, Cashmere Radio, Dublab, Rinse FM, Berlin Community Radio, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Noods Radio, Dummy Magazine, and If Only. His output extends to radio dramas, acousmonium compositions, documentaries, and film soundtracks, demonstrating a multidisciplinary engagement with sound and image.

Titled “Nondescript Depictions,” the exhibition centers on Broshuda’s original analog collages, which form the foundation of his reconstruction and transformation process, and explores how these works evolve into new, distinct forms.

The first public release of his new book, Asemic Intent, will be featured alongside Fatal Rewind, produced earlier this year in collaboration with Australian publisher MPK Studio. Limited advance editions of his new 12-inch LP and 10-inch records will also be available for purchase.

Some of these works and items will also appear at the LAID BUG 7th Anniversary Event on November 22. This special project celebrates the 7th anniversary and offers a unique opportunity to experience Broshuda’s creative world.

Broshuda의 작품들은 여러 출판물로도 다수 소개되어 왔으며, Cav Empt, Edwin Europe 등의 패션 브랜드 컬렉션에도 활용되었습니다. 또한 라디오 방송인으로서도 활발히 활동하며, 지금까지 NTS, LYL, Cashmere Radio, Dublab, Rinse FM, Berlin Community Radio, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Noods Radio, Dummy Magazine, If Only 등 수많은 라디오 방송국 및 문화 커뮤니티를 위해 특별 음원, 게스트 믹스, 레지던시 프로그램을 선보여 왔습니다. 아울러 라디오 드라마, 아쿠스모늄(다채널 음향 시스템) 작품, 다큐멘터리 및 영화 음악 제작 등 다방면으로 활동 영역을 넓혀가고 있습니다.

이번 전시「Nondescript Depictions (특징 없는 묘사) 」에서는, Broshuda가 창작 과정에서 재구성 및 가공의 기반으로 삼는 오리지널 아날로그 콜라주 작품을 중심으로, 각 작품이 어떻게 개별적인 형태로 변주되어 가는지를 선보입니다.

또한 신간『Asemic Intent』이 이번 전시에서 처음 공개되며, 올해 초 호주의 출판사 MPK Studio와 협업하여 발간된 책『Fatal Rewind』도 함께 전시 및 판매됩니다. 이와 더불어 12인치 LP 및 10인치 신작 레코드의 선행 버전도 판매될 예정입니다.
